Mazzer is proud to confirm that the ZM digital grinder has passed the rigorous Qualified Testing protocol by World Coffee Events (WCE)
The digital ZM, launched this spring at London Coffee Festival and SCA Seattle the Specialty Coffee Association’s Global Expo in April, went through rigorous testing done by WCE’s scientific committee in Oslo, Norway this summer for use in the World Brewers Cup, one of the most prestigious and exacting coffee competitions in the world.
WCE’s testing process evaluates if a piece of equipment is suitable for use in competition environments like the World Brewers Cup mentioned above, but also for the World Barista Championship, World Coffee In Good Spirits Championship, World Latte Art Championship, World Coffee Roasting Championship, and World Cup Tasters Championship. The ZM is a grinder designed for specialty coffee—that’s why Mazzer decided to enter the ZM into this rigorous testing, which confirmed its ability to perform well and produce outstanding coffee.
